How does it work?

The feeder moves under the laser head and stops for the moment of marking. The sensor checks whether there is a product in the socket and triggers the laser beam. The optimally selected time and the matching socket with space for the object facilitate the process and make it very fast. The device will work well with various types of lasers, which are equipped with the ability to add a foot button to trigger the beam. Fiber laser, MOPA laser, Galvo laser or UV laser will not be a problem.

Connect the SGBELT

Connect the power and controller cable in place of the foot button on the laser and connect the sensor to the feeder. Position your legs and the correct height. Laser leveling is important to achieve the highest quality marking.

Select a Slot

Select the right feeder slot for your production. You can choose from 4 basic ones. For universal ones, you can design, cut or 3D print countless product inserts.

Choose Your Language

Built-in national language, clear instruction and step-by-step video instructions on how to set up the device and connect the laser allow you to fully enjoy the product in minutes.

Speed of operation

Up to 120 cycles per minute, the speed depends entirely on how long it takes the laser to mark. Set the required operating parameters on the controller and run marking in the laser software.

Minimize errors

With digital micro-calibration in the controller, you get total repeatability. The sensor will read whether there is an object on the board, if it is not, it will not trigger the laser beam. These settings give you the certainty of repeatability along with the sockets in which objects are securely arranged.

Stack items

Now all you have to do is stack items on one side of the feeder and pick them up marked on the other. Thanks to the matching sockets and the insert for them, the object will not rotate, move and will always be marked in the right place.

Dimensions and safety

When we designed our feeder, it was supposed to fit easily on a desk, and it worked. It allows you to optimize your workstations and minimize the amount of space needed. When creating the feeder, we knew how important safety rules are, so we designed the safety button and placed it on the housing.

Wide range of applications

Thanks to the ability to quickly change the clamping slots, the number of industries where the SGBELT belt feeder is used in the serial marking of small objects has increased. All you have to do is have repetitive, even small runs, and you will already feel the benefit of using the SGBELT.

Device design

The feeder consists of a rigid steel structure, a motor, a belt on which sockets are placed tailored to your needs and control software. You can connect to any laser through the socket that connects your laser to the foot button! On the controller equipped with an LCD screen, you can set all the necessary parameters for operation. The ability to pause or stop work altogether is provided by a safety button added to the case. The feeder is always equipped with the ordered sockets, which you can quickly replace or… replace the inserts themselves in the universal sockets, which will only take a few minutes! This allows you to adapt the feeder to a new task in no time.

In order for the feeder to do its job, you need a drive and a conveyor belt that will move the mounted sockets and place them under the laser head.

Easy-to-read display where you can find all the important options in your national language, set the time, speed, select the type of socket you have, and customize the connection to the laser. With the USB Type-C connector, you'll be able to upgrade your device, so you'll always be on time!

Customise the tray

You can choose a tray with one of four pre-set slots to engrave multiple items. You can always order a dedicated socket or prepare an insert for one of the two universal sockets. Then we will prepare and design the right socket for you, which you can easily replace and fit. See examples of items you can make on the feeder! You can also do it all yourself based on our documentation, and if you also have a CO2 laser /or a 3D printer, you can also print the prepared designs!

Collect the dimensions of the product

To create your own nest, first verify the dimensions of the product you want to mark. Make a technical drawing, thanks to which you will easily go to the second stage.

Design the socket

Once you have the technical drawing, apply it to our template, and depending on your own background, you will be able to cut the socket for the object with a CO2 laser or prepare a 3D design for printing on a printer.

3D Print

This is an easy way to get a fully functional and matching socket. Duplicate them to fill the feeder with new slots! If you don't have a 3D printer or don't design, don't worry, commission us to do this work!

Mount on the tray

Once you have printed the slots or received them from us by courier, simply mount them on the tray. You can replace the inserts for universal sockets much faster by sliding them into the socket!

    Yes, our conveyor is extremely low, which will allow you to connect and fix it without any problems, thanks to the adjustable legs for the laser table that are a part of the set, and properly position it under the head with a 110x110 mm lens. Of course, it will also work with other lenses!
