COMPATIBILITY LIST - INVITATION TO COOPERATION FOR SUPPLIERS AND INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS!

As part of our mission to continually expand the functionality of the SGBELT feeder, we cordially invite manufacturers, distributors, resellers, and customers to share detailed technical information on connecting their marking devices to our feeder. This will allow solution providers to create a compatibility list that will simplify customer selection and integration, and for end customers, it will facilitate quick connection of the feeder to their existing device.

Thanks to the collected information, users who order the feeder can specify the laser type and equip the feeder with the correct, ready-to-use connection cable.

If your laser manufacturer or supplier isn’t listed, please contact us by filling out the attached form. This will allow us to select the correct laser-feeder connection.

The available port types are specified in the form, which must be completed before ordering. Selecting the appropriate port will ensure that the feeder is equipped with the correct connection cable. We’ll discuss these ports further in this article.

Required Information for Connecting to the SGBELT

The SGBELT feeder can connect via two main methods. Please document how your devices implement these scenarios:

Foot Pedal Control: What signals and connectors are used to trigger the laser beam using an external switch (such as a foot pedal)?

In this mode, the marking time is controlled by the SGBELT feeder. Ideal for repetitive runs with repeatable marking.

Laser Control (Full Control): What signals and connectors are used to control the laser?

In this mode, the feeder reads the marking-complete signal and controls the marking trigger signal after the next item is moved. This enables high-volume marking with personalization or variable data, where the feeder pause time is automatically adjusted.

Types of connections we need:

Dedicated connection (laser and assigned socket): Specifications of the connection socket on your device.
Universal connection: Information about your laser’s output signals, which can be connected to our universal adapter.
