Connection for 900 head (simulation of any other device)

One of the options for setting the SGBELT is to place it on the table or, in the case of older types of laser marking devices, it allows the conveyor to be placed on a low metal base of the laser column.

Introduction

One of the options for setting the SGBELT is to place it on the table or, in the case of older types of laser marking devices, it allows the conveyor to be placed on a low metal base of the laser column.

For this setting, we will use either two standard legs, which will work great for placing the conveyor on the surface of the desk or two adjustable legs and a short fixing leg if the right side of the conveyor is attached to the laser plate.

With EM-Smart lasers, you have the option to rotate the laser head by 90* and mark the work items with the conveyor and two standard legs.

Feeder slot sensor configuration

For older type lasers with a low flat head base, you can attach two adjustable legs on the left side of the conveyor and a low M4 or M5 mounting leg on the right and attach them to the laser with the appropriate screws.

Summary

This will allow you to insert the right leg and firmly attach the conveyor to the laser plate.

This is the second example of many possibilities of combining mounting methods. All necessary elements are included with the conveyor, so you’ll be able to match the right fixture and leg configuration to any application for an easy and stable setup of the conveyor in the workplace.

Since I already have the socket sensor laser pointer attached, the easiest way to change the legs is to turn the conveyor to its front and then back. Start with unscrewing the M4 screws on the back of the conveyor and then, one at a time, screws on the front. This way, you can quickly replace both legs. All you have to do is insert the legs and fix them without tigtening. In the next step, we will level the into the thread in relation to the laser head and only then tighten the screws completely.
