Introduction to SGBELT sockets
Today I will show you four options of SGBELT 75 conveyor sockets, which you can choose at the beginning and also replace them at any time. There are four types of sockets for a better fit for your application. Regardless of whether you want to mark pens, create marked nameplates or use maximum versatility provided by the sockets we have created, you can always adjust it to your needs. Now let's get into details.
The double pen socket has a width of W15. It is a universal socket for pens, markers or other cylindrical objects diameter of which does not exceed 14mm. This slot is specially designed to allow the clip of pens and markers to rest on a stopper, allowing simple and repeatable marking on their side.
The W60 Flat Socket is ideal for marking nameplates, metal business cards or other rectangular plates or flat objects. Positioning the items against the inner edge facilitates marking. The maximum dimensions of a flat object or nameplate are 56 by 129 mm. This socket also allows marking any gadget that can be repetitively set against the stopper in the socket.
We have created the QuickSlide socket with W30 and W60 widths for the most demanding customers. These sockets allow user to make any cut-out in the replaceable, slip-on plate. Without changing the entire slot, you can replace the inner cutout in the plate in one movement and adjust the entire conveyor to the new item design in just a few minutes. If you have a CO2 laser plotter, milling machine or 3D printer, you can make conveyor sockets yourself and reuse the created plates repeatedly, adapting to new requirements.
For easy fitting of QuickSlide sockets, we have prepared a simple test file to check the fit with the conveyor socket, as well as ready-made templates for simple creation of new plate cutouts for these sockets.
