If you producing any series of products, especially repetitive ones, even from time to time, the conveyor will speed up your work and prevent errors resulting from manual positioning of the object. In addition, it works with many lasers that are equipped with a foot pedal connector, which allows you to automate the process of triggering the laser beam.
The open socket change system allows you to quickly replace them, depending on the option selected, you can adapt the conveyor to new functions in a few minutes. In addition, you can create socket elements yourself if you know the basics of design and have a 3D printer or laser. If not, it’s not a problem, you can always order such a socket from our company, as both the design and an actual product.

The shorter the laser marking process, the faster you can set the conveyor belt can move. The conveyor belt, thanks to dedicated sockets, means high production efficiency and contactless laser processing. The selected material handling system is reliable and requires an operator whose task is primarily to control laser marking and insert the workpiece into the socket. A robotic arm can be added to the system, which will make the laser system even more automatic. Laser marking will become faster and more reliable. A laser marking station consisting of a fiber, UV or galvo laser, a conveyor belt and the corresponding software, especially in the case of the SGBELT solution, allows to mark various objects.
