The most important safety rules for using the SGBELT automatic conveyor
In this video, I want to introduce you to the most important safety rules related to the use of the SGBELT conveyor.

Introduction
The conveyor is very easy to use, and if used according to the instructions, it will be very safe.
Basic information about the mechanism
Let’s start with the most important thing. The moving conveyor belt can pull in cables, hair, bracelets, necklaces, and other similar items. Be careful not to let anything catch in the moving conveyor belt. At both ends of the conveyor, the spaces between the sockets increase significantly as the sockets travel around the conveyor. This creates a risk of cutting objects and body parts. Be especially careful not to put your hands, wires or tools between the sockets during the operation of the conveyor. In case of any problem or hazard, use the emergency switch to turn off the power to the conveyor. This will also allow you to move the conveyor belt manually. In the event of an accidental jam, this will allow the conveyor belt to be unlocked as quickly as possible. The same result can be achieved by using the switch at the back of the conveyor, near the power port. At any time, you can use the stop button on the conveyor controller to stop the device. At the same time, you need to remember that after stopping the operation from the controller, the conveyor will move one more slot forward, preparing for the restart. So this option doesn’t stop the conveyor immediately.
Laser pointer and power supply
The red light laser pointer that is part of the socket sensor system is a class 3B laser with a power of 0.5W. Do not direct the indicator beam towards the eyes of the operator or any other person.
The conveyor power voltage is 12 V. At the same time, be careful when connecting the power supply to the 230 V mains socket. Before using the device, always make sure that the power cables are not damaged. General safety rules should always be used in this regard. With these most important safety rules in mind, we can move on to preparing the conveyor for operation.
