What is the SGBELT Magnetic Gate

A magnetic gate works in the same way as a sensor built into the conveyor. The only difference is the freedom of attaching the gate within the socket at the marking point. This allows for a more flexible adjustment of the point where the item is checked. This is necessary when the marked object is not able to cover the built-in sensor in the centre of the socket.

In the magnetic gate package, you get two components of the gate: laser pointer and sensor. Additionally, you get a set of clips to attach the cables to the conveyor leg, which increases the safety of operation.

The indicator and sensor have built-in strong magnets, just below the non-slip foam. This method of fastening ensures easy installation and stable positioning during operation. It also allows you to quickly remove the laser pointer for an easier preview during file setup before you start marking.

The magnetic gate is not compatible with the socket centering option. To change the position of the object to be marked, after the conveyor starts, go to Settings -> Move on the controller. Using arrows, move the conveyor belt in 1 mm increments. This allows you to set the desired starting position.
